We ask Diversity Committees to summarize the information and discussion of this meeting and share it with their unit in a way consistent with the unit culture and lead a discussion among faculty and staff about faculty/staff working relations in the unit. The committee chair will submit a very brief report (we’ll provide a template) to discuss with the group at our next CAS Diversity Chairs meeting.
