Thank you for participating in our survey of CAS units' contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion over the last two academic years (AY 2019-20 and AY 2020-21). Please fill out the form below and answer the following questions about your unit's contributions from faculty, staff, graduate programs, undergraduate programs, and your outreach/partnerships. We will be reading your diversity inventories to learn what units are already doing to address diversity, equity, and inclusion with an eye for ideas that can be extended to other departments and programs. Please note that we are not asking for your unit's demographic information, but we are looking for your ideas, events, trainings, and work towards a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable climate in your unit (and be sure to list your contributions to student success). In the past, we have asked you to submit these reports through an online portal.
